Service Description
These Hatha classes are friendly and open to all, and the atmosphere is non-competitive and relaxed. These Yoga classes are designed to help you build strength and improve your flexibility as well as relaxing your mind. I combine yoga postures and movement along with breathing techniques to help you build confidence in your body and connect to your soul. Each class starts by working on the breath to settle the mind and body. This is then followed by a series of postures to help stretch and strengthen your body, and concludes with a period of relaxation. The benefits of Yoga: - Enhance Mobility and Strength - Calm Your Mind - Improve Posture and Balance - Learn breathing techniques to calm your mind and connect to your body - Build core strength - Gain confidence - Release and aches and pains Classes include: - 10 minutes of breathing technique - 1 hour of asana - 5 minutes of relaxation Classes run from 7:30pm- 8:45pm and are held in Holcombe Rogus Village Hall (15 minutes from Wellington and 20 minutes from Tiverton) Classes are suitable for beginners and those looking to deepen their yoga practice
