My classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, and are designed to help you develop a deeper awareness of your body, mind, and breath. Each class includes a combination of asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation. You'll leave each class feeling refreshed, energized, and more grounded.

The class is a lovely opportunity to have some ‘me’ time while with a new baby. I never knew self-care and taking a baby to a class was possible! The class size is perfect, the different sections and activities in the class are perfect, and seeing our little ones grow each week is lovely.
